Submission to the Yukon Workers Compensation Health and Safety Board Re: Modernization of the Workers’ Compensation Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act

CLHIA provides input into the proposed Modernization of the Workers’ Compensation Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act from the private disability insurance industry. We have an interest in the proposals as private insurers and Yukon Workers Compensation Health and Safety Board (WCHSB) integrate payment of benefits for disabled individuals.
